Established in 2012 by Adrian Singleton, who has been a chartered building surveyor since 1994, our aim is to provide affordable expert assistance to clients both big and small. Adrian’s experience covers many local and central government departments, leading national and international companies, and private individuals of modest means. We offer true dedication regardless of size or resources of any client.

Fully registered and regulated by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) the firm covers many aspects of residential valuation in addition to all functions of a building surveying – ranging from inspection, diagnosis, monitoring, design, specification and refurbishment. Working with associates in land surveying, AJS also offers expertise in boundary disputes and can take most cases from first enquiry to determination by HM Land Registry without the use of any legal services to conserve costs and to reduce animosity with neighbours.
